Invitation to amateur and professional photographers

The Quezon City Digital Photo Contest

Theme : People of QC at work at Leisure

Start of the Contest: Dec. 18 2006

Deadline of submission: Jan. 15, 2007

Mechanics:
- contest os open to all amateur and prof photogs
- all entries must be in 5x7 full color prints preferably with border
- participants can submit only 2 entries, original and large file in CD
- photos must depict human interest, subject reflectin the lives of people in QC 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- photos must distinctly identify the place in QC with a brief description/ caption of the image
- the entries should be unpublished in any newspaper or magazine
- winning entries are considered as property of the QC govt through the cultural and tourism affairs office (CTAO). Photo credits, howecer will be given to the winner when their works are exhibited on other occasions.
- digitally manipulated photos will be disqualified
- eash entry must be accompanied by an information sheer to be provided by the CTAO
- submit entriees to the cultural and tourism affairs office , 9th floor, QC hall, Elliptical rd., Diliman QC

1st - P20,000
2nd- P15,000
3rd - P10,000
7 consolation prizes - P5,000
