you should book by October...rooms will be filled with reservations by end of October for the dinagyang festivities...Dinagyang is 3rd weekend of January

That's why most of us were not able to shoot Dinagyang last January. We were in Cebu for Sinulog the week before. Enjoy Sinulog! If only I could shoot both...

In case you guys want to book the same flights, there are 5 of us booked MNL-ILO Jan.25 Cebu Pacific 830am flight and ILO-MNL Jan.27 Cebu Pacific 6:30pm flight.
