Hi DPP Readers, posting here the cover of Issue #15. We have gone full circle in DPP and have gone back to black and white. Our last B&W issue was Issue #6 and we focused mainly on portraits. This time around, we went really hard core and focused on Fine Art B&W photography. You will see some stuff in here that is awe-inspiring.
We also feature here two Filipino photographers you may have never heard of before, Gene Nocon and Mannix Santos. Once you read their articles, they will become your new idols. This issue is about as good as it gets for B&W. We have Denise Weldon telling us how to see in B&W and Isa Lorenzo giving advice on how to market your B&W prints. Navarozza takes on a fine art photo essay in Russia. We also show you Infrared photography and present a masterclass on B&W Landscapes. Our Imaging Workshop presents several effective ways to convert to Grayscale.
Issue #15 is our testament that DPP magazine is about real photography. We don't ever plan to be your typical cut and paste photo tips magazine. This will be a collectors item for sure. Look out for it in about seven days.
