Its open to the public but you have to pay for the entrance. I am not sure regarding the price of the ticket around 50 php to 100 php per person.

Event is open to all, so that means if you have children with you, you can tag them along. Adults are P100, senior citizen i think is P80 or P60? while kids are P50.
