Must be my eyes or the screen, but i would have preferred it to be not so dark that some details seemed lost....
I shoot just for the heck of it....
without the title or the text, i would not have noticed that they're holding two gigantic black balls.

Hello Teejay Carlos. First off you need to change your username according to forum rules.
Now on to your photo. It's too dark. I turned my monitor's brightness up to full and still couldn't make out the black balls all that well. Your title (which is hardly readable) says "pearl" and not "pearls" I suppose in reference to the Pirates movie, but the models are holding two, so there's a grammatical inconsistency there.
And since there are two balls/pearls, there's no avoiding the allusion to boobs, but I really don't mind that at all and I don't think anyone else will.
The thing is the photo processing is just too darn dark I can't see a thing. I can't see the detail in their intricate costumes, I can't see the sparkle that is always in Rachel's eyes. This could have been a sultry themed photo but I just can't get past the darkness. Sorry.
If you shot this in raw, you'd do well to adjust the brightness, contrast, levels, curves whatever it takes to bring the details out. Drop the title, the photo can stand by itself without it. If you can, re-crop it to allow a bit more space above the male model's head (I think there's some detail lost just above his headgear) and below Rachel's knees, just to give the composition some breathing space.
Hope this helps.

Because of the nature of a black ball's surface, it will just absorb light. It will reflect light effectively though and may be the best way to light the black balls. I think one ball/pearl should have been enough. And as far as allusion is concerned, I don't mind and I actually prefer Rachel's balls than the other set of balls.. :-s (sorry couldn't help it =)
This was librodized, IMHO.
