Hey DPP members,
This coming Thursday March 8, there will be another "Models Photo Shoot" at "Thursdays@OWG".
It will start at 7pm and probably ends at 1130pm.
We will test a queing system to benefit all the attendees. Only those who registered and pay the 200 pesos will be given the "sticker" and who will have an access inside the photo studio, no viewing or peeping allowed for those who didn't register (this will be strictly implemented).
There will be 3 clothes / styling change. The first and 2nd clothes change will be open to ALL who registered and we will be using the continuous lighting sytem (between 7pm- 9pm).
The 3rd clothes / styling change will be raffled off to choose the lucky 3 participants thereby allowing them to shoot with strobes system with different light modifiers, gel, reflectors, etc. Only this 3 lucky attendees will be allowed to shoot in private with the models and stylists (9pm-1130pm). Closed door. I'm trying to mobilize 3 female models (so that the 3 lucky photographers can choose their specific models).
The 3 lucky shooters best Model Photograph will then be chosen by people's choice award on the next "Thursdays@OWG" (on March 22).
Note: OWG aims to assist fellow photographers, the up and coming and hobbyists in particular who wanted to build up their impressive portfolios on fashion and glamour through an actual production environment with fellow photographers and buddies giving each other tips on shooting.
Do you know why the entrance fee is only 200 pesos? (consumables with drinks), because the Thursdays@OWG is supported by OneWorkshop. Inc, Mediatrix Talent Casting Studio, Avenue Photo,
, DPP http://digitalphotographer.com.ph/
and PhPhoto http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/phphoto/
(this will be announced regularly only on this 3 mentioned forums). Hair and Make up by Sundae Leyva, Clothes by Pia Perey, and Styling by Arnel Zulieta.
By the way non-shooters can just mingle with fellow photographers while watching an art film.
For new members in this forum kindly check OWG at www.oneworkshop.net
for location map on how to go there.
Thanks and good day to all
