    Dash, just add a b&w layer on top of the colored photo and adjust the opacity to your taste...

    sorry for not a high quality pic, I can't upload @ flickr because I'm using VPN at the moment.

    Done some sharpening and then skin softening
    NIKON D3100
    YN-560
    RF603
    SOFTBOX 80x80 with Lightstand 9.5ft

    YoPho!

    ISO can be likened how much you tend to burn when out in the sun
    Aperture can be likened to the strength of sunscreen you apply
    Shutter speed can be likened to how long you expose yourself to the sun
