Ive always nad Picasa as my photo organizer and viewer cos its fast and its FREE. I use to resize photos before uploading to facebook, but recently I installed the facebook plug-in for Picasa..and Im amazed at how fast it uploads pictures to facebook evenif its in full resolution. So now I dont resize anymore..photos end up sharper if you upload in full resolution. Pictures uploads crazy fast unresized with Picasa.
