hahaha wish it were true joey!

it's actually an old u/w trick. you shoot for ambient, one to two stops under to increase contrast and dropping temperature to around 4500k to bring out the blues, combined with a balanced warm gelled strobe to compensate for the foreground.

Bing, what's a good reasonably priced strobe to start out with? My kit is the OEM housing for the G12.

hey joey, sooo sorry for the late reply!

the INON S2000 is highly recommended. does TTL very well, compact but packs a lot of power. costs around 19-21k

Thanks Bing! Just got back from Malapascua and my battery died on me even before we got in the water. Had quite a day with the threshers. Four all around us at one time. Awesome and not much to show for it. Next time. Will check out your reco. Thanks again.
