According to notice, 1 day than the usual the November edition starts lately from today. The haze fruit head properly it is the appearance of Olympus E-3.

As for the main specification of Olympus E-3, 4/3 type high speed Live MOS sensor loading and largest record picture prime 3,648×2,736 pixel of effective pixel several approximately 1,010 ten thousand pixels, as for sensitivity ISO100 - 3,200, as for battery private lithium ion charge pond BLM-1, as for record media the dual of CF and xD picture card. 2.5 2 axial working hyper crystal liquid crystal of type approximately 23 ten thousand pixels...... and so on. Because the appearance of E-1 was 2003 October, it becomes the new model after 4 years. Whether how it evolved, it is the interest Tsu 々.

As for the lens which this time was used just ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 12-60mm F2.8-4 SWD. Reaching, when it checks directly, 25mm (35mm conversion 50mm) with F3.4. When weather is bad, whether it is harsh...... with you thought, but result this day did not become problem. As for this lens although in high grade type, just a little the way of it is large, as for making it is good, also the angle of view which it can cover with 1 is wide.

Setting of the camera this week both made ISO100, JPEG:Large/Fine and white balance automatic. Parameter of other color relationship it continues to be all standards. When checking in advance, as for becoming the just a little air method of being visible the liquid crystal. Rather than seeing with PC, the shadow is visible well enough darkly. Norman,

What is your expert advice after seeing the pics. How does it compare with your E-1?

Randy, I'm no expert but based on these full-res JPGs, the high-ISO output is a lot cleaner than our E-1s'. The chroma noise is virtually gone. I've read about banding at high ISO on the E-3, but I also experience that with my camera. What do you think?

Cheers,
