To all our members, I would like to announce that Mr. Jo Avila has accepted our invitation to moderate our General Digital Photography forum. Jo brings with him a wealth of experience and is one of the country's most successful photography instructors. His presence here will definitely help our DPP community.

If you have the time, lets give Jo a big welcome as our newest moderator.

OMIGOD! Si idol sa wakas nandito na rin!

SIR JO!!!! I'm so glad you're one of the moderators here na po. Sharing in this forum would absolutely be more fun with THE Jo Avila around. :)

Sir Jo, did I ever mention to you that most of my photographer pals these days were the people I met from those EBs and roadtrips you organized? In short, pag kayo nag-organize ng EBs e there's a high possibility na marami kaming nakikilala na eventually nagiging good friends din namin. So I guess you know what I'm driving at sir no?... ORGANIZE NA KAYO ULIT NG EB/ROADTRIP SOON SIR!!! WEEE!!! I just hope you could squeeze it in your busy sked hehehe

Again, so glad you joined us here in DPP sir Jo!

The weather recently cleared up.

(Why did it have to clear up the day after I postponed a seminar on outdoor lighting? I'm pretty sure the photography gods are having a good laugh.)

I'm been getting emails requesting for another road trip.

Why not?

Sige, I'll try to see what I can organize within the next two weeks. But most probably it will be on a Sunday.

Huwag mo naman ibuking ang edad natin :D

But on second thought... sige, ibuking mo na ang edad natin!

I once met someone who thought that I was "Gandalf" old (that was how that person described my perceived age). :)

I don't think I've ever had a seminar session that finished early or on time. :D
