Has the quality of the mobile phone's camera improved enough to provide useable snap shot results?

Not expecting any gallery prints here.
I'm talking about 3R or 4R prints? has anyone tried printing them?

I heard (since my phone still doesn't have a camera on it that) the mobile phone's camera's has improved dramatically both in quality and resolution. THere are now 2 to 3 megapixel cameras with Gigabytes of storage in the phone. Sounds like a good way to "shoot" two birds with one stone, no need to carry a separate point and shoot and a cellphone.

Short of using velcro to attach a small phone on a casio exilim...
can anyone recommend a brands/ models that provides good camera results?
