This weekend, I was joined by fellow members Jojo Parazo and Etchie Pingol for a wildlife photo shoot. It was lots of fun and excitement as we were greeted by a Florida Black Swamp snake at the entrance of the park and while walking on the trail, an Alligator crossed the berm we were walking on and headed to the other wading pond. I'd like to share that experience and here's some of the photos I was able to capture. All very nice, Reyno.... today is the first time the sun came out over our islands in weeks. So off I go to my favorite wetlands too ....:Grin:

USF - University of South Florida? That's located here in Tampa, and is actually less than 10 miles from where I live.

I think there are places that are good photoshoot locations here (they say).

Thanks TJ. Birding is great in FL. From here in the central part of the state are several wetlands and reserves within a 100-mile radius.

Nice shooting out there and much easier to see the faces that had so much fun :~). Though the kids are now teenagers, there is one more reason to go to Orlando. When will I hit the Lotto so that I could just go on regular birding? Hmm...need to buy the Lotto ticket first.
