Pardon me for creating a new thread.


I got my Digiprint PRO membership from Jo Avila's class, months back. But this is the first time i will be able to have my photos printed :D I decided to have it printed in Digiprint!

Not only I was able to have my prints done cheaper, the convenience of having them delivered right on my doorsteps! Cool!

After office, I went to shopwise cubao around 3:30pm, the lady told me that she just finished preparing today's order and my order will be considered as tomorrow's (thus 2 day-processing). although it's my fault that i didnt made the cutoff, she told me instead that i could try visiting digiprint in alimall (also in cubao).

since alimall was just an adjacent building from shopwise, i went there, and violah! still within the day's cutoff (delivery of prints will be the next day). i'm soo happy that i was able to make it on today's cutoff.


The staff from Digiprint Alimall is amazing! I commend Larren Nuñez for doing a great job. He's friendly, polite and was hella fast (resizing my images to print size). Built rapport, painstakingly checked if my order is correct, and uncomplainingly answered all of my questions.

Regarding my prints, from what ive read and heard from different positive feedbacks, i believe and entrust digiprint to have mine done with exemplary quality standards. :D



Let's have this thread open for the people uberly satisfied with Digiprint's Customer Service! I know i do! and maybe have the higher management from digiprint can see this and maybe give the staff just like Mr. Larren Nuñez a pat in the back. ;)

same here. the festival mall staff is nice, and since i've become an almost weekly regular customer, they (sort of) prioritize my orders. they even know me by name now :)
eversince i started printing with digiprint, ive experienced exemplary customer service, and having their big boss here in DPP helps a lot too!

All these positive feedbacks I'm reading makes me excited to try digiprint. Since, I'm outside the country, I can't do so.

I would like to commend Sir Miguel for assiting me on my membership card...yesterday I sent him a PM regarding my application and just this morning a Digiprint staff called me on my mobile phone telling me that it is still in process and it might take 2-3 weeks.

What's good about it is that they gave me my ID number and I can avail of their services as a member already...talk about excellent customer service!:Grin: I'm working at a call center and I know how it means for the customer how to be treated in such a way!

been away from the forum for quite sometime, didn't know there was a thread on this na. anyway, i'd like to put in my two cents worth of kudos. i usually have my big prints done at digiprint in makati square and right from day one, the staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. my only regret is that i should've become a member sooner. you've got a great staff there, sir migs. and lest i forget, the great service is complimented by the excellent quality of the prints.

I just had a 20x30 printed at the Digiprint SM San Lazaro branch. I had a pleasant experience with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. I didn't have to give a lot of instructions re: minor color and white balance corrections, borderless printing, etc., coz they were already volunteering the fixes / specifications that I had in mind, so all i had to do was agree. It was also good to be able to talk photoshop with them.

Time to go through with my Digiprint Pro application.

Though the DigiPrint branch is in ATC [Alabang Town Center] I would like also to express my appreciation of the services and quality of jobs they gave me. Just this afternoon, I received via LBC the package of less than 300 photos plus two 12x18 wedding photos with photo tac.

I am very satisfied and happy with the outcome and the handling or packaging to ensure the items are safe and secure to reach the destination!

the staff at your greenhills branch (near v mall) is very courteous and accomodating...easy to talk to...only thing i can say is great customer service...

oh, that's on top of the good quality print and delivery service!

Finally I was able to avail of Digiprint's services! Though I don't have my digipro card yet, they accepted the membership number given to me by Sir Miguel's staff. Kudos to the Digiprint staff at Riverbanks - Marikina!

Oh btw, LBC delivered it at 8 am, so I woke up today really satisfied seeing those high-quality prints :)

I had some rolls developed and scanned on monday, the girl said to me i'd get my rolls on thursday since it was already cut-off.

So it was a big surprise to have the negatives and CD delivered this morning! :D yay to digiprint! :)

It was my first time to have a film developed and scanned at Digiprint. The digiprint staff at Herrera (Makati) are nice and accomodating (answered all my inquiries). Great customer service. Plus, I just received my CD and negatives today and upon checking, it was very well handled (no scratch -- unlike with other labs) and was very satisfied with the job. Going forward, all films to Digiprint. By the way, can I avail of the Digiprint PRO discount even if I haven't receive the card yet?Thanks!

had some photos printed thru digiprint malabon 2weeks ago. same nice service as with alabang & other manila branches but i observed that each time i go to a new branch, they needed to ask for details such as contact number, address & email address for their digipro members' database so i had to spend about 20minutes waiting for them to fillup electronic forms. not really a problem since im not in a hurry, but i guess this can be improved. :)

maybe ot but may I ask whats the difference of the regular and pro? tnx

i had some film processed right before holy week (monday) expecting the film to get back to me 2 days later. got my prints the following week because apparently the person who delivers the prints 'got lost'.

though, i'm not sure if it's totally digiprint's fault since the staff did help me out a lot. they did their best to see if they can find my prints the day i was supposed to pick them up and had kindly told me about the little 'mishap'.

all i can say is great service, sir miguel and kudos to your staff at digiprint robinson's pioneer.

OT:

I want to be a PRO member too and print my photographs for a cheaper price and fill my walls with them, but I saw in the website the ff:
- "Member Association, School of Photography Magazine Subscription, address and contact number" (specifically Full Membership Process; number 2, letter D)
- "Photocopy of photography membership ID or photography school ID or certificate" (specifically Full Membership Process; number 3, letter B)

My concern is I'm not a member of any photography association. Does this mean I can't avail of the PRO membership? I wish light can be shed on this. Thanks a lot.

I'm just eager to be a member and transact with Digiprint only for my photographs. I've had dozens of photos printed by Digiprint and I'm very satisfied with their service. I recently heard of the PRO membership and I wish I could be a PRO member.

I brought a large bunch of pics for printing to Digiprint ATC after I covered a JS Prom. The guy there told me that they need a couple of days to deliver but when I told him that it was already cropped and adjusted, he said that he'll have it delivered the next day. True to his word, the prints arrived before lunch the next day, and to think that I went to ATC in the afternoon. Unbelievable!

Had a good discount too after presenting my Digipro card. Keep it up guys!

I am very impressed with the customer service of Ruth of Digiprint. Even if it was a small matter that I was charged twice when uploading one batch of pictures for printing, I really appreciated Ruth following up with me if this was already corrected by the credit card merchant. She also went out of her way to give me Digiprint's ICC profiles when I was still struggling with my prints being too dark .

I think that sort of dedication to the service shows why Digiprint is popular among photographers . Keep it up!
