when i surf using vista on my laptop (first time to use the OS)..i cant seem to go to this site...is there someting i need to alter on the setting of the IE that came with the vista?

The site has changed IP address since the transfer to the new servers.... check if you have the right DNS server setup. Or check your hosts file. You might an entry for DPP that is old already. The new IP should be 70.86.249.118 .

Consequently, try putting 70.86.249.118 on the address bar of your browser. If the site appears, then theres a problem with your DNS.
