hi joel, the talent fee or professional fee varies from photographer to photographer and videographer to videographer, no two are alike in terms of skills , talent , creativity. depends din sa budget ng outfit nyo as to how much you are willing to shell out. main photographer / videographer 's tf is different from back ups.

first determine how much and how your client s paying you. i guess everything is dependent on that because you don't want your hired photographer making more than what you are making. maybe pin dow a percentae of your gross or net take- your choice.

ok, here's sort of a rough estimate. Manila rate.
weddings
videographer with cam 4-5k
videographer without cam 2-2.5k
photographer with cam 3.5-5k
photographer without cam 2-2.5k
drivers and lightsmen - 400-500
Birthdays and Baptismals
photo / video without cam - 1-1.5k
photo / video with cam - 2.5-3k
drivers / lightsman - 300-400
hope it helps.
ofcourse, the actual price would really depend on the skill of the photographer or videographer.
