snuck up and took a very low shot of the ayala museum through the center piece sculpture. did a little sepia work in cs2 o give it a more unique touch.

luckily had a permit, but i kept it just to irk them off. i saw the guards eyes beaming like hot coals on a blacksmiths furnace. it was fun to see. actually i enjoyed their expression more than the actual shot:)

Galing mo!...yes it's a giant paper clip!...Arturo Luz used to head the Design Center Center of the Philippines (plus the Metropolitan Museum) during Marcos time. This idea came to him while he's infront of his office desk, that one of Ayala Museum now is a refined and bigger version...his smaller pieces was produced using those machine vender that was used in mufflers...("uso" din nuon ang "naka headers" ang kotse mo, tipong pangarera ang tunog")...back to Arturo Luz, he is one photographer i admire too.

the framing and the sepia tone...excellent!

i admire your originality. it's one eye-catching photo of something a lot of us see everyday, probably procrastinating to shoot one day or another...

Nice one, spoon. You doing great with that camera. But honestly, is it that much trouble to take photos in the city?

kaya yan, make an improvised bag wih the lens exposed , estimate your shot and shoot at waist level. its possible to take pics without using the viewfinder. just approximate the framing and your good to go

I tried shooting in greenbelt. People kept staring. Went to a parking lot with some friends and I noticed that the guard was following us. We went to the very top floor and started taking pics of the area. The guard approached us and we started speaking to him in spanish hehe, he couldnt get his point across so he just left us :P.

Man, that sux that it's so much trouble taking pics in Makati. How about the old city? BTW, you should have started speaking farsi, I'd have loved to have seen the look on his face  .
