Thanks Romy. Hmmm, forgive me, I was too engrossed with the variety of animals (my first time to the zoo since I as a kid) that I merely glanced at their names....

I'm sure the first one is a white pelican though.

Did some research and I think the owl is a Great horned owl and the eagle is a Brown Eagle.

Please correct me if I'm wrong though. :)

I'm not too familiar with North American birds.... even many of our local ones are tough to ID....:)

I think though that it's a good idea to know their IDs - when you print the pics or display these on the web, an ID would add a point of interest.
