My first 2 registrations was deleted. I don't know why. The first was akalbismark ,my nickname/family name which was deleted. Then I registered again the 2nd time using the same akal.bismark which was eventually again deleted. I hope this time it will not be deleted. I read the forum rules and i don't think i violated any of those.

Anyway, after a week of lurking I decided to join this forum. I'm working in Morocco and new to this hobby. I bought my first dslr just a couple of months ago and still learning. Have a nice day to all.

I guess, its better you addressed it this light. Having a unique name (given its not local sounding), many would misinterpret your name as "handle or screen name". It would be nice to read more about you and your culture here, as we do have very few foreign members who actively participate. Mostly fence sitters. And if we do have any active foreign members, the only thing foreign about them is their nationality. They would either be stationed here in Manila, or married to a local.

You may have noticed, we do have a huge number of "foreign based locals", from Asia, middle east and mostly in America. DAMING PINOY NO! (lots of Filipinos)

Thanks to all for the welcome. My name sounds foreign but I'm full blooded bisaya :Grin:. I'm working in Morocco for more than a year (OFW) now. I did my first post on one of the famous event held in morocco, the fantasia, but unfortunately it was deleted. I will post it again or visit my multiply (http://cbismark.multiply.com/photos/album/11). I will share the moroccan culture through my photos. I'm not good at this hobby so bear with my shots.
