Hello,
I need advise if how should I take photo of walking ninong and ninang during wedding ceremony, sometime the ninong and ninang walk too fast and, before pressing the shutter,it is almost a little bit out of focus, Do I need to tell them to stop on a certain point then shoot, any advise will be a big help...

I think it's rude to make them stop although some Principal Sponsors understand that. Fortunately, digital SLR now are capable of fast focusing, it is just a matter of practice. Here's some technique which may work:
1. Put allowance in your framing. Then crop later if necessary.
2. Shoot using wide lens. Usual kt lens should be enough. You would probably working on 28-40 focal range. This will give you wider DOF.
3. Find a spot somewhere in the middle of the aisle.
4. Talk to the coordinator to give some space in between entourage.
5. Avoid shooting backlighted. This will be hard for your camera to focus fast.

You can also try pre-focusing on a specific area on the aisle, so you don't have to use autofocus.

Me too. I have similar problems. My mentor told me to use f/8 for outdoors and f/5.6 for indoors using a 50mm lens and manually focus on a specific range in the aisle, say a range of 5-10 ft on the aisle, so when the entourage walks within that range, you can shoot and you will have an "acceptable level of sharpness." Just place markers so you'll know when to press the shutter release.
Or if you have a fast camera that shoots like 5fps to 8fps in bursts then just shoot in continuous mode and cross your fingers that you have at least one shot that's sharp :-). I guess this won't work if you need flash because some takes at least 2 seconds to recycle.
