Hi Marco,
I agree with Pat. Bambi Cantrell is world renowned photographer and author of many photography books.
I have read some of her books I borrowed from a local library here.
Her books mainly are focused on weddings but you can make use of the poses for any type of portraiture.
Her book "The Art of Digital Wedding Photography: Professional Techniques with Style" is very comprehensive. She sited some examples and lots of sample shots. This book is considered as the second edition of her "The Art of Wedding Photography" - the Digital Version.
Another book (which I have) is by Rick Ferro, titled "Wedding Photography: Creative Techniques for Lighting, Posing and Marketing - for Digital and Film Photographers - 3rd Edition. This book has add-on tips on how to market your portfolio.
Check these two books and compare against your list.
You may want to check Bambi's website: http://www.cantrellportrait.com/
Enjoy!

On top of the books suggested, learn the basics then break it.
Here's a comprehensive discussion of the basics. http://jzportraits.home.att.net/chapter-01.html

Thanks to all of you guys. I think with the links provided by Mr Dino and Mr Richard, I do not even need to buy any book at all! That's great! Saved me $40 at least.

I found one in FULLY Booked Bonifacio High Street. Actually this is more for fashion designers but heck I find it helpful (even if I'm not into Wedding or Fashion Photography)

Fashion Source: Poses (PAGE ONE BOOKS)
I didn't get the price though.
Aspiring fashyon photographers should get a copy! that should stop all the campy-"chaka"-oh-so-boring-Little Miss Philippines poses

My favorite wedding photographers for posing and lighting is
Don Blair
Rocky Gunn
Monte Zucker
Clay Blackmore
any material from these legends will help your posing techniques tremendously. The top 3 have already passed away. I was fortunate enough to attend Monte Zuckers class 4 years ago. What a guy!
Oh and once you have "mastered" the classic techniques, add your modern approach to it...what a combination!
