Hi there.....I have a question....If my Dell PC/LCD (19") is already calibrated and profiled with Spyder 2 Suite and I want to use the LCD monitor for my MacBok Pro, to have bigger screen, do I need to calibrate and profile it again using Mac? Scenario is same location, same lighting condition,etc... please advise...TIA

i think so. isn't it that spyder installs a calibrating program? so if you calibrated it in windows,i believe you have to recalibrate it in mac.. the profiles are saved in the pc not the monitor..

Yes, you will have to do calibration and profiling all over again.

Besides, the video card of each computer sends a unique signal to the display.

Thanks for your response, I thought all the info will be sent to the monitor.
