Fashion Photographers Competition!
Information for participants outside Lithuania
On the occasion on 17th anniversary Lithuanian prestigious fashion, beauty and life style magazine IEVA organizes Fashion Photographers Competition.
Jury of Fashion Photographers Competition consist of respected representatives from various fields connected to photography and fashion - „Ieva“ magazine editor Eva Tombak, fashion business-woman Asta Valentaite, President of National Fashion Design Association in Lithuania Serzas Gandzumianas, renown film critic Skirmantas Valiulis and experienced photographer and professor of Vilnius Art Academy Remigijus Zolubas.
Rules of participation:
Young and experienced photographers from all countries are kindly invited to participate!
No restrictions on object (models or things can be photographed), form (photos can be taken in studio, street, beach…) are applied.
The main requirement is your original vision of fashion photography.
Works selected for the competition will be exhibited in the National Fashion and Design Gallery of Gedimino 9 Shopping centre in Vilnius. Later exhibition will be presented in other Lithuanian cities.
Organizes reserve a right to use photos free of charge for publicity and information about the Fashion Photographers Competition purposes in magazine, other printed media or internet.
Photos are sent to the Competition and back on the account of Participant.Fashion Photographers Competition will be held in 2 stages:
Stage 1
Participants must send not less than 4 digital photos and entry form to kestutis@ieva.lt by August 20, 2007 (photos must be JPG format, 72 dpi, the longer side of photo not longer than 20 cm, size of email not bigger than 4 MB) or you may send a CD with your digital photos or printed photos by post to IEVA magazine, Laisves pr. 60- 600, Vilnius 05120, Lithuania. The letter must reach us by August 20, 2007, so please check the times of delivery in your local post office.Stage 2
Authors will be informed by email about being selected for the Competition. Dates for delivering printed photos (size – A3) and CD with high quality digital image of the photos will be announced too.
After the exhibition photos are sent back to the Participant (on account of the Participant).More information about the Fashion Photographers Competition:
