Is it possible to link images from my web site to your photo gallery with out having to upload a copy of my image to your server?

Thanks for pointing that out, forgot to enable that option. You can now use URL linking.

I'd also like this feature in the new critique section so that I don't have to upload to your servers. Saves a lot of time since most of us have our own preferred online photo sharing sites.
