have any of you guys tried tethering mode with your E-300, E-500 or E-330 with the Olympus Studio?

My E-1 works but I can't seem to connect with my E-500. Is it because the E-1 uses a firewire cable and the E-500 just USB?

Tethering worked fine with my E-1 using both firewire and USB. If you're using XP, it's probably a driver issue. If it's a Mac, I really don't know. =B)

What exactly happens? The E-500 does get recognized?

Not recognized! yup! as if it's not connected. I dunno, I tried it once, might try it again tonight, as I am planning to use it to do this food shots for a client in tethered mode with my powerbook :D

Try changing to storage from control mode.
