Hello Oly users!

I'm making an inquiry on behalf of my uncle who is looking to purchase an E500 from the US. Aside from Columbia Global, is there another support provider or service center for Olympus cameras?

Also, I'd like to confirm if it's true that warranties for a unit purchased from the US will not be honored here.

I guess Axis would be a good bet.. I bought my E-300 at their shop at Megamall but i most of my accessorries came by way of the internet...

hey Migs! I have discussed this with people from Axis Global and unfortunately they do not honor Olympus' International Warranty. But their service and support is top notch. :D

btw, Columbia is not connected with Olympus anymore.
