The reflection of the sky on #2 and #3 are a bit distracting IMHO.
Otherwise, they're nice pics.

ISO 1600 works.

Also, these photos are underexposed by about 1.5 to 2 stops. Thank god for Photoshop's levels and curves!
David Tong 04-27-2007, 02:36 PM I was thinking the same thing, judging on how dark the wooden surface is, adding a CPL would cut down the available light even more.

btw, what are the chances of other people (myself, particularly) dropping by to take shots of our teams' practices? need to practice my action/sports photography.

Hi fidel would you know if this is open to public? i mean can we just go in and shoot the event? oh and is this only a 1 day event? thanks!:D
btw lighting is pretty good in sanjuan gym. the best i think so far
al_neri 05-06-2007, 10:43 AM Allen ;) The V-league is a tournament that lasts for about a month. Admission is not free here so I think they're a bit stricter compared to the PBL when it comes to allowing photogs to shoot the action from the sidelines.
