What would be the best way to resize an image w/o letting image get too small??:BlackEye: Been trying to post Images in the Critique section but site can't accept it..."exeeds file..." Is 200kb + - still too large for posting? If I go any lower, pic is already too small to appreciate:D I adjust the image from the inches controls in PS(image size box). Scared to touch the pixels(top part) due to fear of losing res on image:Sick:
Would appreciate the help?:)
Thanks!

when you save it as jpeg, try minimizing quality to 8-10 :) If you're really afraid of losing quality try saving it on a host site (e.g. Photobucket) then just post it on the forum :)

Adobe Imageready is a good tool for that. I use is all the time. :)

Thank you Marton and Dario! Will try those.
@Marton
I noticed in my short experience w PS that I do lose res when I set it below 12. I suddenly experience noise :( WIll do try it again since pic is smaller :Grin:

try using the save for web. a 100kb limit would usually be at a 10 quality.

@anton
best bet is to house your photos in flickr or a similar site... then just grab the image URL and post as ...

I think it's time, that I finally open a flicker or a mutiply etc. :) "save for web is another trick I have not explored too!
Thanks!
