Anybody here is using any kind of Olympus C-7xx series??

Share what kind of upgrades you did to it and plans if you have plans of getting a new models or other brand of cameras. By the way I'm just a newbie.

I will start...

Camera : Olymous C730UZ
Lens : Olympus 1.7x Teleconversion Lens
Accessories: Olympus lens adapter 45-52mm and 45-55mm, Hoya 55mm Cir Polarizer, Unknown brand of 55mm Lens hood.
Unknown brand of tripod

Plans/Upgrades:
if I don't have enough budget.. I guess I have to stick with it ... :D and will just get some lens that is available on the marker that will fit on it. I think it doesn't mean that you have a P&S camera, you won't be able to capture a nice pictures...

Planning of getting a new camera but will keep this old one to treasure the happy moments of this cam with me .... :) Not sure what brand to get but choosing between canon and nikon.. (any suggestions)

Mine is a C-750 and no upgrades or anything. Planning of getting an entry level DSLR in the future but still thinking of what brand.

I have a C-770UZ but plan to dispose of it. It's the little camera that could but I find having three cameras a bit much.

Yeah. Great macro capability. Been used to take pics of components and details of motherboards to great success.

Great Collections you got there!! I was planning of getting a C-750UZ because it has a hot shoe or swap maybe but I guess I might as well grab a DSLR and for now still thinking of what brand. I was wondering if you would agree to swap your C-750 to my C-730UZ if you have your DSLR??

Have you tried using an external flash on your cam ??

by the way just want to share my sample shoots of my cam http://bubulie.multiply.com/photos (http://bubulie.multiply.com/photos)

Thanks ...have fun and happy shooting...

Thanks for the compliment ManFai! I recently got my E-500 last monday and i was very happy since it is my first DSLR. Regarding my c-750, sorry but i already gave it to my girlfriend. Better get a DSLR na lang para mas astig ang dating natin! BTW nice photos you got there.
