if its a real big wedding...over 600 guests, i add another one.
I don't like having too many people running around and calling to much attention on the photographers.:) It looks really annoying when there are too many.

Hi, I agree with Pilar, there's only me and my assistant although I avoid using the term because some people like the ones in Sanctuario de San Antonio in Forbes Park especially the security guard sometimes look down on some photographers if they tell them that they are the assistant or back-up photographer so I always instruct my crew to tell that arrogant guy that there are two (2) main photographers. I also have an apprentice who looks over our gear. So in Forbes Park, the entire crew should have a copy of the shooting permit in order to avoid being suspected of being a head hunter photographer. Any injustice or misrepresentation done to any member of my team is totally unacceptable. There are other beautiful churches in the country and abroad better than Sanctuario de San Antonio.:-).

I saw your image shots of Heart Evangelista in the September 2005 issue of Preview Magazine. Nice composition and Lighting. 99% of your shots did not show any glare of the strobes on the nose and lips of the subject except for the last image. Glad to know that we have photographers in this forum that follow international standards of quality like you and Pilar. Probably due to the massage factor. Nice to have one at the end of the day after shooting for ten (10) straight hours both in weddings and advertising coverage photo assignments.:-).

i have my driver watch over my gear during my shoots. i allow him to go home towards the middle of the reception.

unless i have him learn to massage me, too! kakainggit ka, pilar.

I used to do 5, but that becomes intrusive.

I recently covered a wedding alongside an MTV film Crew.

they had 22 videographers and 1 crane/jib operator.

and yes they were intrusive.
