Nero has this built in photo editor which is simple but useful, more features than Picasa hehehe, does PS have this effect or a plugin? This where done using Nero's Photosnap Aging effect

nice.. though the lines that run the picture isn't working.. maybe a bit of over exposure on some parts and fading would be better..

cez i know you can do that in PS but with photosnap It's just a click away, i think it's free with Nero 7
