It's because National Bookstore isn't a DPP reseller to begin with. It's Fully Booked, Filbars, Book Sale and other smaller magazine stands carry that. Though sometimes some do end up in National, but that's probably through mis-deliveries.

misdeliveries might explain it kasi, although I don't get every issue, lahat na DPP ko is from National.
