i love the second church shot darell! the color of the sky + the rays of the sun is simply stunning!

These are nice shots Darell... they represent very unique Catholic traditions of the Filipino people.

For the admin/moderators, perhaps DPP could somehow include a category (in forum and in photo gallery) that dwells on Culture (traditions and practices). In this way, people can share photos and discuss on this particular topic. I wouldn't consider them as mere street/photojournalism nor travel photos.

i agree with jose. with holy week coming up, we can share images that capture local religious traditions from all over.

@darell: love the steeple & cloud shot. quiapo will always be an interesting place for me since i practically grew up in the surrounding environs.

I agree with you Jose, it should not only limit this to Catholics but also to other religion as well.
