Hello there!
I inherited an Olympus T-20 flash from my brother- a leftover from his film days.
I read somewhere in the Net that external legacy flash units can have trigger voltages way over the 6V limit common to many digital cameras today. In a site (www.botzilla.com/photo/strobeVolts.html) that compiled the trigger voltages of legacy flash units, the T-20 had a rating of anywhere from 2.6V and 5V-7.4V as reported by two different users.
Short of doing the measuring myself (I have to look for an accurate, high-impedance volt-meter for the purpose), I was wondering if anyone here at DPP has already tried/used an Olympus T-20 as an external flash unit on their Panasonic GF1. Please share your experience if you have done so.
