Hi! Is anyone using GretagMacbeth Eye-One Display 2? Can you give me feedback if this is a good investment in terms of calibrating (profiling) LCD monitors or is there anything else better out there? Thank you.

I'm using one and I'm pretty much satisfied with it. The investment is steep if you only need to calibrate an LCD monitor. While CRT monitors need to be calibrated on a regular basis (at least every month), LCD monitors can go much longer without recalibrating. I do it only once a year.

Haven't tried it but reviews have been good. Supposedly, the best one available is Monaco Optix XR Pro by X-rite.
