Looks like the shutter speed used wasn't enough. Shoot and learn :)

Some shots were underexposed, but some were done with the intention of panning. Besides, if you use a fast shutter speed in cycling, you'll freeze the spokes of the bike.. which leaves a static image. slowing down the shutter speed invokes a sense of motion.
