Hi DPP,

I subscribed to DPP for a full year last 15 October 2010. My receipt number is 1743. I started with Issue 34, which i picked up at Bella Luce offices when i paid for the subscription. the address I gave is correct, but I haven't received any issue in the mail. I tried calling your offices with the number indicated on your website but i can't get through. Tried emailing Nino Pasamonte directly, but still haven't received any response.

I would truly appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thanks guys.

Hi Rocky!!

So sorry about this.. I already forwarded this to Michelle our person in charge of subscriptions. She will look into it asap. Please email her so that she can coordinate with you directly..her email address is michelle@digitalphotographer.com.ph so that she can coordinate with you directly. We also moved out of the old office our number has changed to 519-6871

By the way, it was great shooting with you in Cebu. Really learned a lot from the prenup shoot you did for my sis-in-law. :)

could i also air out in here my concern about not getting my subscription copy for the latest issue (dpp #36 - portraits)? i already emailed the following (nicktuason@digitalphotographer.com.ph, subscriptions@digitalphotographer.com.ph,
michelle@digitalphotographer.com.ph) but haven't received any replies yet :(
