I was lingering around the Canon booth this afternoon, the "L" really caught my attention. There was a photo session with a "L" model, yes a Lady-model that is..
I also got a glimpse of Sir NinoC but had to run to NBS for my DPP issue#8 and fortunately got their last copy on display. (finally..)
Also had the rare opportunity to check those pro-cameras on tripod w/ super-telephoto-zoom lens... WoW!!!
"It's worth the trip" ... I'll be back...

Very nice setup ng Canon sa Photoworld 2007. The cabinet of lenses was a big hit. Free printing too on that huge Pro9000.

One thing though, clearly that I've probably noticed it right away since I've been printing lately on my own, but sample prints at the booth showed samples printed on GP-501's, but with labels of "Printed on PP-101's" which really isn't the case. I even asked clarification from a rep there, while she just retrieved a 4R from the 100pack GP-501 to print on. Anyway, napansin ko lang naman agad. (kasi naghahanap ako ng PP101s eh he he)

So I think its the same thing if they put the surcharge. :( Ang habol ko na lang yung availability and the freebies!:) I got a miniature canon replica, a canon puzzle (came in a big box) and lens cleaner in an EOS keychain.

Yes, Mon, its an f/4. I took a picture of the model at the area of YKL Fujicolor. It was not lighted and I basically relied on available sunlight from the sunroof of glorietta. This was around 4pm. I pushed the ISO to 800 without using the flash.

I was at the Canon booth early this evening and this lady was prodding me to get the 24-70mm and/or the 50mm 1.2. I was telling her I would if she'd lend me one of their demo bodies everytime I needed to shoot as I won't have any left to get a camera body (i'd have to sell all my stuff including one of my kidneys to get them.) Hahah.

I am so off topic... it must be the medications I am on...

I was able to negotiate with that pretty lady, randy... she said that you can borrow a demo body anytime as long as you give her that nano of yours..:Grin:

Yesterday was my 2nd visit to PWM to try a couple of "L" on my 30D. It was really a great xperience! my 24-105 is kinda lonely.... she needs a complement.. 10-22? hhhmmm
