Yes I'm schultz4 and I sometimes post pics in that thread but Im not that active anymore. Actually this group was formed out of TPC D90 thread. Last year June 2010, Oly initiated a photowalk at AMW and I believe it was the first on that thread. As far as I remember 13-15 individuals joined and I'm one of them :).

After few months of being active on our own photowalk we decided create this group named "Clickr".. haha

Dash, I apply bleach bypass first using 40 in both local & global contrast/saturation at around -20 to 20/max brightness or max minus 30.. then duplicate the layer and used screen blending mode, adjust opacity but put a mask on the part you dont want to be washed out.. hehe
addtional, if the skin tone is too reddish and you want to have a creamy skin effect, use curve. Add a curves layer>select RED>point the mouse in the middle and drag it down a little bit>Select RGB> point in the middle and drad it up a little bit>Add levels layer and adjust to taste..

here yah go! :) :) :)

Our group originated from D90 thread in TPC. We had our first photowalk at AMW June last year organized by Oly. There on, we usually meet every weekend specially if there is a big event like cosplays and car shows (though I believe the last time we attended a cosplay event was last year at SMX). As several individuals used to join our group we ruled out the restriction of being a nikon brand users and formalized the creation of Clickr last Aug last year (correct me if Im wrong clickr.. haha).
We actually have a fb group where we organized the weekly shoot.

In addition to what sunny said our club is more like a "barkadahan" club, no leaders - no members issue...XD XD XD

Thank you sunny. I didnt used a filter on that one.. I adjust my exposure level to get the clouds and use minimal PP to pop it up.. ^_^
