You can try Fans, Photoline, or JT Photoworld to get an idea of how much you need to spend for printing and layout. They're consistent and they produce good results. :) I suggest learning to do layouts on your own though, since this gives you more allowance in your costing. Start by looking at other photo albums and scrapbooking magazines to help jumpstart your ideas.

but you have to source out good artists for you album layouts though Fans can also do that for you at a price.
