Il y a deux choses pour lesquelles les philippins ont une vraie passion, la politque et le basketball. A presque chaque coin de rue vous pouvez trouver un panier. Cette photo a ete prise en haut de la montage de Busay qui surplombe la ville de Cebu.
translation:
There are two things for which the Filipinos are passionate about, politics and basketball. With almost each street corner you can find a basket. This photo was taken in top of the assembly of Busay which overhangs the province of Cebu.
