My first post in this new forum. Kudos Nino! :D

I dropped off my Sigma 24-70 lens at JT Photo to have it cleaned because of some minor fungus. Its been sitting there for the past 3 months and everytime I keep inquiring on the status, they keep telling me that they need a special machine in order to open and clean it because the innards are delicate. Only God knows when their special machine will arrive. Does anybody know another place to have it cleaned professionaly?

Somewhere in Hidalgo they clean lenses. But it's at your own risk. If they damage it, your warranty is void already.

You might want to call other camera manufacturers if they clean your lens. You just might be lucky.
