I saw a shop in Hidalgo filled of used Camera & Other accessories plus lens, just wonder is it worth risking to buy a high end lens with lower price tag? Yun nga lang second hand, also how to check LENS if its good pa or busted na?

If you'll buy a used lens in Hidalgo, test it immediately (if you can test it at the shop and bring your computer, even better!!!). If its good, and you're ok with the price (assuming you know what is the going rate for these used lens), I don't see any reason NOT to buy it.

However, personal opinion, I believe some used lens in Hidalgo are still overpriced. If you compare that with used lenses in the US and Europe, super-layo ng presyo sa Hidalgo.

Correct. Overpriced talaga 2nd hand lenses sa hidalgo. You'll be better off buying online locally.
