Hey guys,

We're now accepting entries to our next issue's Readers Gallery. The theme is creative blur, so, from that first word alone you know you can go all out. Here's the chance for you guys to express what, in your point of view, is artistic photography, or art in photography, or however you guys put it in your comments and critiques around the forum. Motion blurs, bokehs, long exposures - any type of blur that works to your photo's end. Cut-off for accepting entries is until Monday, October 18, 12nn.

For those new to DPP

1. 3 Entries per DPP Member..

2. Look for the section under Photo Gallery to post your shots. Direct link HERE (http://www.digitalphotographer.com.ph/photography/showgallery.php?cat=595)

3. We will contact you if we like the image.

4. If we contact you, there still may be a chance we don't use your image most probably because of layout restrictions (most make it though)

...for the benefit of those who do not always submit images for the Reader's Gallery, please verify that there is a limit to the number of entries each person can submit. The limit if I remember is 3 images right?

I know a certain someone from around here who blurs the hell out of every photo he takes, even if the blur doesn't work in the pictures it's still there.

We think his mastery in photography is "blurring".

Sorry but no watermarks are allowed. Uploaded files also sound low resolution, and we need print quality files.

you can post low-res images in the Gallery and DPP will ask for high-res files if your photo is being considered for publication.

Whenever im uploading photos in that photo uploader, there's no such category i can see. Can anyone help me on this? thanks a lot

click the 'photo galleries' tab at the top...

then scroll down to look for 'photo entries for DPP' link, click on it...

then look for the 'upload photos' on the upper right of the page, it's just below the 'logout' link....
