do we have anyone here who frequent hidalgo street?

i'll be there probably this sunday(from batangas) and i need some tips where to get the best deals... comments are welcome.

possible stuff i might buy:

light stand
umbrella clamp /umbrella
flash holder/cold shoe whatever they're called
flash trigger
soft box

I doubt it if those two shops are open on a Sunday. If lighting equipment would be your target, then I would suggest buying online thru Tayhua trading. Aside from avoiding the hassle of going to the store, their products are actually cheaper.

Henry's and Meyer are both closed on Sundays. Mon-Sat, they are open from 11am. Avenue is usually open on Sundays but that could have changed since my last visit to Hidalgo was close to 18 months ago.

i think tayhua is closed even on saturdays..

you can try fotohub, i know they are open on sundays. just check their website www.dponline.com.ph and call them up to verify :)
