first one has the hood attached... 2nd one doesnt
theyr the same lens from what i see
although there are 2 10-20mm's being offerd by sigma
first is the one above with a variable maximum aperture of f4-5.6 (http://www.sigmaphoto.com/shop/10-20mm-f4-56-ex-dc-hsm-sigma)
while the other is at a constant f3.5 (http://www.sigmaphoto.com/shop/10-20mm-f35-ex-dc-hsm-sigma)

+ 1 on this, these are basically the same lens. Given the price quoted from pixel pro, it is definitely the 4-5.6 version (taken that the price quoted is for a brand new unit) while it is clearly shown in the marking on the 2nd photo that the lens is also the 4-5.6 version. The lens hood attached might have confused the TS to think that these are two different lenses. Btw, lens hood is already included when u buy the lens. HTH

The older F mount version of this lens does not come with the AF/M switch (1st pic). Recent models & Canon mounts have it (2nd pic).

the one that i bought have no af/m switch, and it cost me around 27k. i just noticed that there's no switch when i got home and checked the web.
my questions now are:
-does the recent models have any difference in terms of IQ?
-does the price that they gave me worth it for the old version? or the recent models price is still pricey (the 3.5 version cost around 30k so i guess it will not go that far)
i never really thought that there's an old version of this one :)
please advice so that i can still ask them to replace this one with the newer model. thanks

IQ wise they should be identical, same goes for pricing. only advantage of the newer AF/M switch is not having to dive into the menu to disable AF.
be sure to check for front/back focus issues.

The second picture is the Canon, Sigma mount.
First one is the Nikon Mount.
Nikon mount doesn't have the AF/M lock near the mount ring.
I'm using the Nikon Mount one.
