Cable release for Canon 350. Try the following:

1. Camerahaus (Glorietta, Libis)
2. Hidalgo shops (try Mayer, Henry's)

Or ... ask Canon D-Zone to order you one from the head office.

why not use the remote switch, the wireless one? sa camerahaus glorietta they have one for about Php900+. damn i dont have the number.

the wireless is more practical than the cable release. if the 30D had a wireless remote, i'd get that instead of the 2-foot cable.

JOM - yeah -- the wireless one is just as effective .... though lately i've been more of the cable guy...

actually i dont know what to get.. wireless or the one with cable.. i just have some doubts when it comes to wireless remotes coz for me, they have bigger chances of failing (malfunction).. interference, battery issues, electronics, etc.. hehehe

mali ba ako? hehehe

jom, afaik...the wireless remote is just like your tv remote. its a simple IR trigger. so its kinda robust naman. its a simple device :)

i have seen alot of 350D DIY remote triggers using old TV remotes...google it. hahaha.

@ jom - just bought a Canon Rs 60E3 at avenue the other day,, they are selling it at Php995.00

OT: i saw this cable release at amazon priced at $25.00,, but was able to buy it at avenue at Php995.00 lang, how did they manage to sell this item at a lower price considering shipping etc,, it's way below the SRP,, and they said it's original daw,, i'm not implying anything just curious k:)
