I've been reading a lot of good praises about Digiprint so I decided to try their service for the very first time.
I went to their SM Centerpoint branch and inquired about how much are the print. P9 for a 4r is a bit expensive since I usually get my prints done in Kodak Trinoma or Kodak Promenade for P6.50 for bulk processing. I don't mind paying an extra P2.50 for each print if the prints would come out awesome as what I have expected. I was told to come back in 30 minutes as the print would be done right away. I went back to the shop and the staff told me that my prints are not ready yet. They showed me a sample photo and said that there was something wrong with their printer. I don't mind waiting again but when they tried to print it out again, I saw that they were using a very tiny Canon Home desktop printer. I do print my own pictures at home but I did not expect Digiprint to be using a home desktop printer. I was kinda expecting a hi tech machine I usually see in Kodak shops and not a home printer. I just told the guy to never mind the printing since their desktop printer was having problems.
I have nothing against home desktop printers, I know that they do print good because i have one at home but I was expecting more from Digiprint.
The guys were nice and very apologetic and told me that P6 per print if i wanted my pics sent via courier and I decided not proceed.
It was my first try and maybe my second time would be better.
