dave_trinidad 01-02-2007, 10:49 PM hi jimmy, i want to have one for my son. where did you buy it?
we got a juvenile tarantula from subic butterfly house last week but its still too small ( as big as a thumb pa).
Jimmy Rosaria 01-03-2007, 01:59 AM thanks guys...
save naman sya.. this is what they called chilean rose tarantula. it can grow up to 13-15 cm. female tarantula can live up to 15 yr and male tarantula can live for 3 yr. i still dont no the sex of my tarantula, but i hope its female. its diet is just 6 cricket every two weeks. this is a very calm and slow moving tarantula compare to hundred type of tarantula.. a good for start for a new pet.
you can watch this video for some info http://www.biocrawler.com/videos/displayimage.php?album=9&pos=0
but remember almost all tarantula has a venom.. but no one died or cut his limb just for a bite of tarantulas.. they said its like a bee sting that can make your skin swell. sana nde ako makagat.. hehehe
here some of my new photo..
