I saw his name as a contributor for another MAG. Was just wondering if he is still a moderator:RedEye:

Or maybe just a guy with the same name?

Just wondering

You see magazine contributors on competing brands and I don't think its an issue. For as long as he is not employed full time by either.

FHM - Maxim
Preview - MEGA
and etc.

Hello DPP citizens...yes, as far as I know, Nick and the gang hasn't kicked me out yet he he :)

Yes it's true that I'm writing for the other mag...as I have been doing in the past few years for other magazines as well. I'm a moderator for DPP's lighting section which is a web based forum but not the magazine; whereas I'm a 'writer' for the other mag for the 'mag' itself. These are two entirely different venues aiming for one common objective - for the advancement of our photography. I see no conflict here as Ken has commented too.

Pilar and Nino approached me to be a part of this wonderful and dynamic web community last May 2006. Neil recruited me for a different reason and that is to be a regular contributor for the mag itself as early as April 2006 thou it's only now that I was able to give some of my time for the other mag. And I'll make sure that even if i'm contributing for the other magazine, I wouldn't moderate their web forum if ever they'll have one and I'm sure they won't ask me either, out of respect for DPP and the other mag as well.

As long as these rich sources of photography information need me, I'll always be available for them. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :)

He he no sweat Willy...it was similar to, "have Jay gone separate ways with Cecille Cruz" of FHL workshops issue when I started teaching at OWG. My workshops at OWG are different from what the Alcove Gallery offers...besides, the Ayala Foundation won't be able to offer and tolerate the glamour workshop we conduct at OWG. The AFI is one conservative organization :) Senora Ortigas of the FHL will be shocked to see me teaching with a sexy, half naked glamour model in their midst. :D

Hey, Jay.

What 'other mag' are you writing for? Would like to get a copy. I'm absolutely certain your articles are worth reading.
